- Your information must be complete and accurate, and the responsible party must be able to sign the IRS application.
If your EIN is not delivered within 4 weeks, we keep working on it at no cost and refund every Firmlane fee you paid on the order, or $100, whichever is more.
EINs are issued by the IRS. Firmlane prepares and submits your application through its established process and follows it through until your EIN is issued. Firmlane is not affiliated with the IRS.
